WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

FREE SHIPPING! 

After the order is processed, you should receive the order approximately 
within 3-7 business days. We use international carriers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped. All orders are shipped with Tracking and Signature Confirmation.

SATURDAY & SUNDAY ARE NOT CONSIDERED BUSINESS DAYS,
Processing and production is conducted on Business Days ONLY.

**SIGNATURE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL ORDERS no exceptions, this requirement will NOT be waived.**

FAQ'S ABOUT SHIPPING

IMPORTANT! Order processing/handling time is separate from shipping transit time.  (Order Processing 1-2 Business Days ) + (Shipping Transit Time Frame).  
Please Note:  If you order during a sale/promotion/flash sale - Order processing times may be extended due to the high increase in orders.

SHIPPING
Orders will NOT be shipped to shipping address that differ from customer's verified billing address. Holidays, office closings, and weekends are not business days and should not be included in production and shipping time-frames. Please keep in mind that products ordered during holidays or promotional sales may carry increased production times. We recommend ordering far in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Our Hair Place reserves the right to change the delivery carrier/method to a comparable selection. 

CORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please be sure to check the address information you are submitting with your order. Incorrect addresses can greatly delay package deliveries. If an address correction needs to be done after your order has shipped, you will be charged a fee that the carrier charges us to complete that change

Our Hair Place will NOT issue refunds for refused or abandoned shipments. If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to re-ship the package.

SUPPLEMENTAL CUSTOMER INFORMATION AND ORDER PROCESSING
On some occasions, we may require additional verification information to verify that a purchase is being made by the actual cardholder. Some qualifying situations may include but are not limited to international orders, high dollar amount orders, and other situations. This additional request for verification is for your protection. Our Hair Place, and all entities therein, reserves the right to refuse services to anyone as deemed necessary by our company for our business purposes. Any order can be canceled and refunded at any time under our discretion.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
International customs clearance requirements vary by country. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required in their country.  

SHIPPING DELAYS, LOST, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Please make sure you provide us with the correct shipping address. If a package is stated to be "undeliverable" and returned to Our Hair Place because of an invalid/incorrect address supplied by the Buyer, it will be the Buyers responsibility to pay to have the items re-shipped.

Risk of Loss: Once we assign your package to the shipping carrier, the package is no longer in our control and becomes the carriers responsibility. You will need to contact the carrier that was used for shipping.
